SynerVox.AI Receptionist — SMS Terms and Conditions

The program
SynerVox.AI appointment messages are text messages sent by Madouk Corp (trading as SynerVox.AI) on behalf of medical practices that use the SynerVox.AI Receptionist, to patients who booked or confirmed an appointment with the practice by telephone.
How you sign up
On the call, the receptionist asks whether the number you are calling from is the best one to reach you.
- The receptionist tells you that your appointment confirmation and reminders will be texted to it, and asks whether that is okay. Messages are sent only after you say yes.
What you receive
Appointment updates and reminders.
- Confirmation when an appointment is booked, rescheduled or cancelled. Reminders before an appointment, usually 3 days and 1 day before. You can reply C to confirm, R to reschedule or X to cancel. Message frequency varies — usually 1 to 4 messages per appointment. The messages contain no marketing.
Cost
Data and carrier rates.
- Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.
Stopping and Help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call the practice.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information, including your mobile number and consent, is described in our privacy policy at synervox.ai/receptionist-privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
